Nissan/Infiniti Meet - Nov - Central FL - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Over on myspecv.com we are going to have a central FL meet in November. Being that the spec-v is limited, would you guys wanna make a full nissan/infiniti meet? We have a park that is setup and can hold 100+ cars. If anyone is up for the task of getting guys together, knows local forums (tamparacing, orlandoracing, etc.) lemme know cuz id rather have a 100 car meet and have variety than a 20 car spec-v meet. It would also be more intising to see all different makes/models.

I need this posted on any/all nissan or sfl forums pertaining to nissan specifically. Since we dont have enuff spec-v to make it all worth the while, the next step is gonna be including ALL NISSANS!

A date will be set shortly but aiming for the weekend of nov 10/11. I will be posting this on NUMEROUS forums. If u know of any nissan friends and u r committed to going, please let me know. Id like to maintain a headcount and if anyone would like to contribute with soda, chips, food, etc. let me know also. Thanx.

This has been finalized and setup and now we are just awaiting the time to come. It will be held at Shadow Bay Park in Orlando, FL @ 1pm. Food and drinks will NOT be supplied so please bring what you want for yourselves. Once I have a pavailion reserved, I will update this with the exact spot but thats minor details. Here is a map from google with the address for anyone that needs to mapquest it. Also, Nissan Sport Compact magazine will probably be out there as well to cover the meet. Its gonna be huge!!!

Id like to get a headcount of everyone that wants to go. It doesnt matter about passengers since food/drink is not being supplied. Please let me know if you plan on attending. I know some of you cant make it a definite thing, but I'd like to get an estimate. Many of us will probably make it a full weekend and staying at a local hotel and hopefully getting group rates as well. On top of that, saturday night we are planning on doing dinner or movie or something where we kinda get to know everyone a little bit better.

SFL people: Spec-V owners will be meeting up early that day for a photoshoot at the park. We will be meeting at the pompano beach service plaza on the turnpike @ 8am and leaving NO LATER than 8:10am. We will then be meeting with the WPB guys at the lake worth service plaza and leaving that plaza by 8:50am and on our way to Orlando. If anyone would like to join us for the early morning run, of course your more than welcome.

PS: Please keep the posts to a minimum so this kinda acts as my head count thread. Thanx.

ok heres the deal guys. please chime in ASAP. The park we wanted is a NOGO! however, turkey lake park has a pavilion that can suit up to 400 people. Only problem is that its $4/car to get in AND $60/hr for the pavilion. Im all for the spending but i cant do it all by myself, without either charging people. Anyone else wanna chip in? LEMME KNOW!!! Ill put up $100/deposit and 1hr ($60) of pavilion time. Im checking with the myspecv.com people first since it is/was a sentra meet to begin with.

I am asking for a little help with this meet. Due to the enormous turnout of 182 cars thus far, with a month left, we were forced to change the location to Turkey Lake Park. Its actually a nice park and setup but they charge $60/hour for rental. I am throwing in $60 myself + $100 deposit and I am asking $10 from anyone willing to contribute.
