Help, I got some s13 wiring issues w/lighting

So i just got my car running on saturday, and until then, the side markers and rear lights worked when my lights were on. And now(i noticed on yesterday) that when i turn my lights on, the side markers and tail lights/rear side markers wont light up anymore. The boost gauge doesnt light up either.
Also my cluster dimmer button wont light it up, and i dont know how long this hasnt worked but its plugged in.
Turn signals work in the front and rear, and so does the headlights.
And no, the fender wiring harness isnt ripped.

Can anyone help me out with this, i dont know much a bout how the lighting wiring works. I'd like to get this solved asap, so i can drive at night with out getting pulled over.

Can we assume you've already checked the basics?
- check all fuses
- check for shorts around the affected lights
- test continuity tween light and fuse panel (or whatever is logical since you'll be doing it A LOT)

If you just got it running, what went wrong initially?
Could you have pinched a wire/harness, etc.

If it worked before it broke, and now it doesn't, it stands to reason that something you did, on purpose or not, is the most likely cause. I do crap like that all the time, inadvertently cause an odd chain of events somehow.
