ive been looking into ebay front mount intercoolers such as JUST-INTERCOOLERSGODSPEED INTERCOOLERSDO ANY OF YOU GUYS HAVE THESE EBAY INTERCOOLERS ON YOUR S13 WITH SR20DET??HOW DO YOU GUYS LIKE IT??IS IT A GREAT BUY FOR THE BUCK??$IM THINKING OF GETTING ONE OF THOSE SINCE THEYRE LIKE 250$ COMPLETETHE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND IS A GREDDY SPEC M BUT THEYRE 400SUMTHING ALMOST 500$

Don't cheap out on eBay, get the real deal IMO. I used to think a core's just a core until I came across the engineering involved in HKS. I looked into them some more and decided to not cheap out. Same with Godspeed sway bars. The bends are all crush bent and not mandrel bent, shitty quality.

i have heard nothing but good things about the XS power, and its only 110 bucks shipped. ive heard mixed things about the godspeed, but most of them bad was the older version i hear good things about godspeed.

but i guess if u got the extra cash just get the Greddy Mspec so u want get flamed by the Zilvian Gods....lol

Holy shit, that's the cheapest (price) complete Intercooler kit I've ever seen!! Be sure to let everybody know how it works. I thought I went the cheap route with the Greddy M Spec.

I weld making almost $20 an hour. I took welding for 3 years in high school (beginning, then advanced for 2 years) and graduated with advanced SMAW credits for college. I'm not gonna buy a 'kit'. I'm gonna buy a Blitz LM core and weld my own aluminum piping (yes, I can TIG). No, I'm not majoring in weld engineering. I'm majoring in electrical engineering, just in case you wanted to know that info too. What else do you want to know?

And no, I don't do drugs or sell drugs. Find a different source.

Its a pretty damn nice piece, its also a tube fin over the bar plate.
The only thing I dont like is is how the cold pipe goes from 3" in 2.5" I think, I I guess it cant be helped. I wanted to run full 3" for a Q45 throttle body, but the stock TB should be good enough for now.

If you want to know, I cut grass + selling some car parts for it.

My car's rolling on eBay parts right now. Sway bars (Godspeed) and IC (JDM Sport). They get the job done. My SR's just about stock. Like everyone else already mentioned, it all depends on how much power you want to be making at the end. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Get the Greddy M-Spec if you're not trying to spend alot of money. That's what I have and it works great. I had no issues putting it on my car and its from a reputable company. Sure you can cheap out and get a 250 dollar unit but is it going to be reliable? If it breaks you're going to spend another 250. At that point you should have got the M-Spec in the first place and you would save yourself the 100 and the headache. You should not cheap out on any part but if you're on a budget, get the best parts you can buy in that range. That's just my .02

usual the most recommennded part to cheapo on is FMIC....b/c one for most of the ones the ppl refer u to have good rep, and are perfect for stock up to (350-400hp)
