well guys my intake finally got here at 630pm yesterday, i took it all out and read the directions then about 700 i was outside tearing apart my car, and by 736 i was on the road testing it out. There is no noticible gains "says the butt dyno" but i can tell that once i get past 3k rpm's that it gets to 5500 much quicker, and the sound it makes when it sucks in air is sweet....

I was wondering if i got an open element K&N cone if it would help anymore or would it be a waste?

pics within the hour..

You're supposed to do this anyways. It should help though.

SRI costs $190 from enjuku, add in shipping thats close to $201. The cold air extension is $100 from enjuku, so $300 total. He would end up overpaying by $30, big deal.

PS. where does he mention price anyway?
