Starter Problem Need Help

i just replaced my duralast starter from autozone 5 days ago. and heres what happened

bout to leave and jumped on my car. i started it it work but i forgot something so i turned it off again. i came back and started it again then when im about to leave i heard this loud fine sound coming from my engine bay at 1st i was thinking maybe someone is doing something at their backyard. (cutting woods or some shit). then i turned off my car to check see where it is coming from. found out that it is coming from my car. popped the hood. listened to it and it was coming from my starter. my engine is off but my starter is currently working. i disconnect the ground and the of course the starter will stop coz there is no current coming in. im lookin at a chilton guide looking how many relays has a starter have. i already popped my ignition switch cover to see and look if theres another one inside. but i have no luck so wonderin if anyone can help me out of this one.

your starter is defective. its a common problem with autozone starter or starters in general

just take it back. nothing else would cause the starter to be on by itself.
