Well, I had my first and definatley not my last autox on sautrday. It was a BLAST. That was the most fun I've ever had on a Saturday. I didn't place but I was only 3 seconds behind the pace set by the other drivers. I just can't wait to go out and drive again. There was a brand new 350Z there, it destoyed every car in the stock class. That car was awesome, great turning, great sound.....excellent. Next time I'm gonna bring my digital camera and have my friend take pictures.

I autocrossed today for the first time with my new turbo. All I have to say is it's regoddamndiculous! 403.5rwtq is scary on an auto-x track hehe. It was more like a drift event for me.

I went autocrossing this weekend also...down in dfw tx. Was my first scca autocross, but I've been doing another clubs same type of autocross. I placed fourth out of 12 in the sts class. Fun as shit after I let some air pressure out to get rid of the oversteer.

What pressure did you guys use? I talked to the guys I went with who were experienced and they told me to use 40PSI. My tires held up well and I didn't really lose control....but then again I didn't really throw it down..being my first time and all.

I started with fourty, but was around 32 psi by my 3 run. I was running into so much oversteer coming into the turns. 32 seemed to elimate the problem...then again, it could be my tires. Yoko's av420's suck imho. I overpaid, and I do not like the grip at all. How did you do by the way?

Well, there were ten total cars in GS class. There were a few turbo saabs, an Integra GSR, a Celica GTS, and a few others. I got last in the class....but only by a few seconds...and I think I was the only novice in G stock as well. Out of everyone (probably about 50-45 cars) I beat four of them, including a turbo jetta. I know that probably doesn't sound very impressive but I had a lot of fun and I'm sure I'll do a lot better next time.
