do u happen to know the oring size on a twin cam? is it important that the o-ring sizes are perfect? cuz i have a metric box of random assorted rings but none of them look identical to the ones on it

I know that deatschwerks replaces all the orings and pintle caps with there injector services.

dont think they sell the parts by themselves though.

Autozone sells a fuel injector seal kit that includes the o-rings you need, it's really cheap. I don't think missing or broken pintle caps are a big deal but maybe someone else will chime in.

Yeah the Deatschwerks injector cleaning service rocks, hit em up.

broken pintle caps suck. They are th only thing keeping the lower o-ring from getting sucked down by large vaccum ie. rapid engine braking. If the small fingers are broken off, no big deal but if the cap is gone than you may have a hard time keeping the injector sealed.

wow, I never knew that..
but.. don't pintle caps come off really easily?? if the vac is strong enough to pull off the oring... i'd suspect that it may even pull the cap off??
