What motor? what boost level? what engine management? My guess is some junkyard ka-t kit or an sr both at more than 80% duty cycle on the injectors.

Give us more info please.

Start off with a complete tune up.

Plugs, dist cap, rotor, o2 sensor.

^dito, but have you only replaced them once? if so then they don't last forever... either way , make sure you get the a new fuel filter and maybe pull out the pump and make sure you dont have a bunch of stuff in floatin in the take or anything.

I had a car like that. Just put the injectors in a test we have at out shop and didnt use any of the ones that were leaking at all and didnt put out the same amount of fuel. Hopefully they last. But that car has ate the #4 injector twice, #3 and #2 once.
