I have tried contacting them several times however there has been no response. I have ordered parts from them and am still waiting for the order to be filled (over 1 month)

What to do?

ive had great times with them, i got my rb water pump for them, maybe cuz your in australia your shipment is takin real long??? i say call them. just my 2 cents

I've purchased from them in the past also but it seems that my emails are not getting replied to and the item is marked as *on back order*

A little communication goes a long way and I think 1 month+ is long enough to wait.

I haven't had any problems with them before, then again I just pick up the parts. But I'm pretty sure you could just call them during there business hours (I know long distance is a bitch). Ask to speak to Vu, he is really helpful. He held my flywheel for me cuz I couldn't pick it up during the weekdays, and let me come by on the weekend. Not to mention I hadn't put any money down even.

Yea usually when things are on backorder, they usually won't come in for a couple months. Happened to my bro. As stated call them and hopefully they answer. You shouldn't have any problems with a refund either if you can't wait any longer. These guys have been pretty helpful in the past for me and I'll just hope for the best for you.

I've done business with them before and I wouldn't say that they had bad customer service, it's just that they need to keep an up to date inventory so you don't try to overnight shit from them that they don't have in stock. I don't know if they are super busy but I don't think it would be very hard to state the fact that you are out of product that could have been purchased from another company that did have it available.

probably the best bunch of guys...and girl... you can ever deal with. Vu is great, so is Dung (pronounced as "young"), and cat. You probably got them on an off day. i visit them all the time, and so does my wallet... try again, and it may be a little difficult since you are from Australia.

Yeah, I always get stuff from them shipped UPS ground and it arrives next day. Great service, and I've never had a problem contacting them either. They also have an online chat support that you can try - shows exactly who's online to talk to if you check out there homepage.

I'm not saying they are a bad bunch of people but I'm not getting replies to my emails and I don't know the status of my order which was placed over a month ago.

I also contacted them about purchasing more parts with no reply either... weird..

I've spent a fair amount with them and when I did have issues they quickly resolved them. I will continue to buy from them, IMO their customer service is the shit cause due to my work hours I contacted them after they closed via IM and they still took the time to help and keep me in the loop.
