I was listening to the radio today and they said that you can take any Nissan to the dealership right now and they will give you a free 100 point inspection. Yeah, they did this last year, you have to also make an appointment. And after you get  the inspection, they want to do the repairs ! ! haha, F-THAT !  <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>

Its probobly nation wide, they have it here in Chicago too.  As long as you aren't obligated to have them fix it, like u said, couldn't hurt eh?

Well if they do the inspection and tell you whats wrong then you know what is wrong with your car.. But if they do the inspection and fix a problem without asking your permission then you are not obligated to pay for it. so then you just got a free repair!

i got this inspection today
and i think its all bs.
i just got transmission + engine oil change and spark plug changed and all. and they are telling me i need new one.

They do it in St. Louis too.  I waited an hour and 15 for them to look at my car for 10 minutes to tell me that my car looks fine.  Aparently October is "Car Care Month".  WHOOPTY-DOO!

it's in DC/VA/MD area too. i was thinking about doing it, but don't have time, the free inspection ends at the end of the month. they'll probably say "you know, this exhaust is not legal in this state and if you don't change it then we have to report you to the athorities." or something like that...

I wonder what they would say if they saw my removed power steering, removed clutch fan and ghetto junkyard electrical fan with duct tape and exposed wiring.

Haha, take it in. It's worth it just to see what they would say! Anyway, I got mine done and they gave me a bunch of BS and stuff that I already knew, but I did find out some stuff that I didn't know and need to look out for. They asked me a record 7 times if I wanted to get any of the problems taken care of while was there. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':baaa:'>
