Need help with my Transmission!!

OK, So I just got the car (ordered it from different country) and the seller said that the transmission will have to be replaced soon... Well I dont mind that. But I got it today and can not even get it into gear. The pedal is just sitting about an inch from the clutchstop and then obviously only moves that inch. But that inch is not enough for me to get it into gear...

I'm thinking it might just be the clutch pedal needs to come out a bit... Anyone know? or have any idea's??

Thanks it advance for your help.

well, adjust the pedal first and see what's up. There's a bolt that you can adjust on the pedal bracket. making sure there's actually fluid in the cmc reservoir would be a good thing to check as well.
