you can do what i did i got the ml 320 side markers and they work but you have to shave them down a little with a file to make them fit, they look alot better than stock, but they are yellow when they are lit but still alot nicer

i bought some of those ML320 lights about 2 or 3 months ago and its been a pain in the a** tryin to shave them down to fit. What did u use to do that? I've been using a wood chisel and its sharp but its not very effective. Also, u can get the orange out of the lights by breaking the orange plastic out of them. Thats as far as i have gotten so far... And if anyone wants to know how much they are they are really cheap, mine were i think $4 each.

it was pretty tough to get the orange out. Mostly just time consuming though. and u gotta be careful not to crack the outside lenses in the process. I took a pocket knife and some needle nose pliers and just kept breakin pieces of the orange plastic "dome" till it was small enough to pull out through the hole. Its a good way to kill 2 hours....Guess i'm gonna go get the file out and work on gettin them to fit into my fender again.

I have the ML320 sidemarkers, too and I just filed the hole in the fender to match the lights...figured the metal fender would take the abuse better than a brittle plastic housing.  It's not hard.  Just do it a bit at a time with an electric grinder like a dremel.  Be careful...you don't want the hole too big.  Once they fit, put some paint on the grinded area to prevent rust (I sprayed black spraypaint in a cup and applied it with a small brush...doesn't have to be perfect b/c nobody's gonna see behind your sidemarkers) and smear some silicon sealant or similar adhesive to the backside of the light to make sure it stays put.
