i need help! weird noise! (with video)

sup guys!
i have a 95 s14 and since a couple days (8 to be exact) i hear a strange noise during full lock but only when i turn the steering wheel to the right side. it sounds metallic. i also hear it when i brake from little speed (10-20kph).
i also experience extreme pulling (car goes to another side, while driving straight.) on bumpy roads and my steering wheel is shaking.

since its hard to describe a noise online i thought ill make a video, i already searched but i came up with things that didnt had the same smptoms as my problem. i know it might be my tierods or tension rods but i wanted to get some opinions

here the video:

Something sheet metal is getting stuck on something corner like, binding up and then popping off. at least that's what it sounds like.

if you have someone to help you out, jack up the front of the car and take the wheels off, then have your buddy turn the wheel while you check where the sound is coming from.

Sounds like it's coming from your strut tower/knuckle.

Check for loose or broken bolts. As the strut tower twists when turning, whatever is loose/broken will shift. This would also make noise when braking cause the weight shifts forward and jars whatever is loose.

Pull that wheel off and start yanking and pulling things behind there. You might find something loose or missing a bolt.

GL

EDIT:

Oh yeah also do a check for the sound with BOTH front wheels off the ground. Try listening for it while you manually turn the tire from left to right. It always helps when you can get right down there and listen for the sound, helps zero in on it.

Also what steveshadows says is a good place to look too!!! Same basic vicinity...

i had the wheel pulled of and the car jacked up, then the sound was gone. i also checked most of the suspension parts. and nothing was loose there. but ill check it again tomorrow. and update this thread.

i have a pit and ill let a buddy turn the wheels while the car is on the ground because it seems that this sound only occurs when there is weight on the tires.
