S14 SR20 into S13 lower harness issues

I'm finishing up my S14 SR install into my 93 SE. According to the wiring DVD, the original KA harness stays with the car. They were very vague with what had to be changed. I've plugged the alternator and starter in, and have quite a few plugs left over. I'm also not sure what goes into the trans itself since none of the plugs look similar. I've searched to find very vague answers as well.

I'm left with:

These in the engine bay:

These 2 midway down the trans section:

These at the end of the trans section:

What exactly needs to be brought over from the original trans and what needs to be spliced from the SR harness?

I also have a little plug off the ignitor that I don't know where it goes:

And where does this (vacuum connection?) connect to (its right under the throttle body)?

ur gonna be left over with a bunch of plugs. thats for sure.

i think its an ok assumption to say that as long as everything on the engine and transmission that needs to be connected is connected, then ur fine. but it would be safer to double check.

and that vacuum hose is somewhere in the fsm, gimme a second

Really? According to the SR Wiring DVD, you have to use the KA.

And nothing on the trans is plugged in, as all the plugs are different.

Not yet, I'm waiting to splice until I know which ones need to be spliced. But as per above, it looks like I can just swap the sensors altogether.

Unfortunately, while that link is excellent, its for the engine harness. I actually sent my engine harness out to be professionally done, I was just a retard and didn't send the lower one with it.

Well heres the deal, you can use either one, you just have to use the associated sensors with whichever harness you us. I've always preferred to use the KA lower harness and sensors that came with the car so everything will plug right in (atleast to the fuse box). You may or may not have to change a plug for the alternator for the SR one.

The alternator plug was fine as is, I just have to drill out the ground connection as the bolt on the alternator is slightly bigger.

I guess I just gotta pull all the sensors off my old trans.

However, those 3 plugs in the engine bay still have elude me.

Anyone have any clue what those 3 plugs in the engine bay are? This harness stuff is like the last of what I have to do before I can try starting, and its driving me insane in anticipation!!

Ok, found where all but two plugs go. The one in the first pic, on the right with the brown ring is left over, and the one attached to the ignitor wires.

Does anyone know which sensors on the KA trans are the reverse light switch and neutral position switch? I unfortunately don't have the service manual, only the one for the S14 SR. Those are the only 2 sensors the SR trans uses, and I have 4 on the KA.
