when u buy one of these after market short shifters, do they come with the actual shifter as well? I want to buy an aftermarket shift knob as well but if I buy the short shifter, will I be forced to use the pilot motorsprorts one or does the PM short shifter not even come with a shifter?

The Pilot shifter as well as all the other ones like OBX and etc. all comes with the shifter and full assembly.

The thread pitch on for the shift knob is same as stock, so you can change to whatever knob you want as if you still have your stock shifter.

Tx.

I don't understand what thread pitch is, and why would having my stock shifter have anythign to do with buying a new one?
