So, long story short...
I need a new line to connect my stock SR bov to my intake pipe.

Are there any alternatives?

Or am i stuck buying a new one from the dealership?

Measure the diameter you need and find something at the parts store.

Buy a long one, cut it.
Buy the angles you need and piece something together with a pipe.

Plenty of ways to do it.

Well, I was basically wondering if it needs to be able to hold a certain amount of pressure...

or if I'd be able to just get some rubber tubing from an autoparts store and use that.

rubber tubing is fine... You can use radiator hoses w/ 2 hose clamps..
