I need coolant in my car any kinda will do right i have a S13

Yup! As far as I know, any kind will work, as long as you haven't accidentally been adding wiper fluid or brake fluid or something funky like that. Actually, wiper fluid would probably not make your engine explode, although it probably isn't "ideal".  
Isn't suggested amounts 1/2 part distilled water, 1/2 part coolant? Maybe some water whetter (wetter?) and anti-freeze? or is anti-freeze just a cold weather coolant?
It seems like I'm answering you with more questions, albeit not directed towards you.

anti-freeze = coolant.  Thay are one and the same.  When coolant mixes with water, it raises the water's boiling point and lowers its freezing point.

A half and half mix is the way to go for most climates.  You should never run straight coolant.

The 240SX has no special coolant requirements (unlike my GTI...)
