I was watching TV while on the tradmill and the news was doing the "damage report," showing all the stuck cars etc.
They flash through video, showing random cars for about a second each...hey, was that a 240sx?
A minute later, two cops are pushing the back of a black S14 SE in ~1inch of snow
It was a kid driving, maybe 17. Man, he was all over that road, fishtailing, spinning, then getting stuck. They talked with him for a second, but I couldn't hear. It appeared to be a 5 speed too.
So, fess up, who was it

[sorry, dont wanna be a post whore]

I saw a 180 drift in a straight line today, nearly ltook out the ZX3 in front of him...

I think I am hanging the 240s key's up for the winter. It way too much of a risk out there being that this is my first rwd car, and my tire tread is a joke. I dont have the money to bang out.

snow and cars = stuck...stuck= me pushing ALLLLLL fucking day

Sounds like someone left their summer tires on too long.

damn.... just get some GOOD snow tires!! I've been plowing through snow deep enough to be leaving an indentation of what my undercar cowling looks like.... i'll load a pic up later of what i did today just to see if it was possible basically I was able to get my car to go up what I could barely walk down (actually fell on my ass.... sneakers instead of boots. i should dress more like my car maybe )

that said, i've got a black S14, but no, I haven't gotten stuck. been tempted to ask other people that looked stuck if they need some help maybe a tow or something

What snow tires do you have, and where do you live, snow is the main reason I won't be getting a 240sx until 2003, that and I am going on vacation on the 16th. Yay I won't see any snow for 3Weeks, and I will be nice and warm, hopefully see skylines and stuff over there, but I don't think they sell em there/

But anyway what snow tires do you have and how much did they cost.

Pacemark High Traction tires... bought from Town Fair Tire in Hamden, CT at wholesale cost for around $250 mounted and balanced.

wish i could upload the pic of my friend's driveway... it's insanely steep and pretty narrow. looking at the pic i took of my car sitting on top with 2 fresh tracks going up makes me wonder exactly how sane I am these days...
