HELP i don't know what it is... Tranny, clutch, flywheel

I am finishing up my sr20det swap. My chassis is a s13. My sr20det is a s14. I just installed a short shifter and tried to go trough my gears.

1. clutch has about 5 inches of play
2. clutch has only 2-3 inches of pressure and gets stuck on the way up
3. shifter doesnt want to go into gears 1,2,5,R

I don't know what to fix or replace. I think it could be my
1. clutch master
2. clutch slave
3. flywheel
4. clutch
5. the worst case senario the tranny its self

all my fluids are full. has anyone had this exact probelm? anyone know what's wrong or a way I can find out what's wrong? thanks for any help

1. clutch has about 5 inches of play-----you can adjust teh clutch pedal under neath the colum above teh pedal thers a nut u can adjust to get rid of teh "play"

2. clutch has only 2-3 inches of pressure and gets stuck on the way up-------re bleed it and check ur slave cylinder.

3. shifter only goes into 4th gear and side to side----the tranny, did it come with teh sr? what was the condition of it?...millage etc?...

4. shifter is exteremely difficult to move -----when i installed my c's shifter i over tightened it and it was stiff i loosened it up and now its fine.


worst case senerao ur tranny syncros are gone and it needs a rebuild or a new one all together
