Cam Timming In Red Top

In the red top when the crank timing mark is @tdc and the exhaust cam timing mark is lined up in the head @ 12 o'clock the intake cam timing mark is @ 10o'clock and is 20 chain links from mark to mark on the gears. How would i time the intake cam other than 20 chain links @10o'clock?
