Throttle Pulley for KA24DE

Hi all,
Well I came across this item called AGP Throttle Pulley the description says that it: Reduce throttle cable travel
Reduce cable travel distance mimic power increase and throttle response
I was wondering if anyone have one of these on their car and how to you like it? I would like to purchase one to have better throttle response and for $74 is not too bad. I just want some feedback for those who are running this item on their car.

I like how they don't lie, by using the word mimic, I guess it would tighten up the throttle and make it feel better, but I bet you get less mileage, by not having as much control of where you want the throttle position, I am purely speculating, but I don't think you would lose much if you do. And no I don't own one, just throwing in my .02

$74? They sell those on Ebay for about $25 shipped. I know it originated in the Honda society but don't personally know if it works.

Well your opinion is appreciated so don't worry. Never thought about the idea of losing throttle control though.

It's a smaller diameter then stock. Makes for a shorter pedal travel. Nice if you only have two pedal positions(closed and WOT). It can be harder to control at part throttle.

True, that makes more sense now to me. I did some more research on it and it says that it reduces the factory throttle pulley by 20%

And you lose cruise control if that matters to you.

Edit: I was wrong

No, you don't. I have the pulley and cruise. They say you have to 'modify' it, but the throttle body goes back together just like it came apart. As for feel, the modulation is a hair different, doesn't add anything that I noticed, I just bought it because my OE pulley was bent a little.

I didn't know that, thanks for clarifying.
