Hey guys and gals. Are there any parts that are interchageble from the kade to the ca18det such as
the tranny and other stuff.

i know KA and SR tranny are the same, but i dont have any idea about CA..i'd guess that they're the same

Ka and sr trannys are not the same, thats why you cant mate an ka tranny to the sr different bell housings..

SR parts are for SR engines, KA parts are for KA engines, and CA parts are for CA engines.  If you keep them separated, you won't have to deal with miss-mating problems in the future.

Actually the internals on the KA trannys are the exact same on the SR trannys, you just have to swap bell housings.  As far as the CA goes I think it's in a class of it's own, just make sure you get a motor kit that has tranny and everything.

Have you found a CA kit that you are looking at, if you are interested we have 2 full kits ready to go, the only things they don't have are intercooler and downpipe, email me for more info... [email protected]
