2 Questions: One E-brake/One steering wheel wobble.

I just put these hubs on from my other car. Anyway the car rides fine til you hit 30 mph an hour then the steering wheel shakes violently back and forth. Any idea what that might be?

E-brake
My e-brake block (the thing the lines connects to) is rusted and I can't get the old lines off. I'm trying to install 300z e-brakes on. I ran them through. Do I have to make a custom connection to the e-brake handle or something? I tried the nissan site but can't find the e-brake block for sale. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check tension rod bushings.

Retorque the bearing nuts. Sounds like you put them on with your fingers.

Hubs as in 5-lug hubs or steering hub for aftermarket steering wheel?

Hubs

They are ichiba hubs off my other car. It's making a grinding noise from the front now. They are ichiba 5 lugs but I think maybe the bearings went already or something. They are torqued to spec I checked 3 times. What bearings can be swapped into those? Or do I have to get another set of hubs? They only have like 5000 miles on them. It doesn't make any sense. It has the washer too for those who think it's that cause I just doubled checked that too. The torque spec is 160 right?

Replace the bearing with REAL OEM ones
I heard lots of things about Ichiba's bearings crapping out soon after install

Real OEM ones

As in real OEM ones I just have to get regular 91 240sx wheel bearings right? Not 300zx ones or anything right? The bearings are the same as stock in the ichiba hubs right?

Ok I figured out most of my problem

The tension rod on the one side is bent or something because the caster is off on one side. That's one of the problems. The other is the wheel bearings like I suspected. I looked on courtesy. I just need the [40210] BEARING ASSY-FRONT WHEEL
Fits this vehicle: 240SX (S13)

* 1989-1994 SELECT USE NTN & SELECT USE NSK
* 02/1989+ SELECT USE NTN & SELECT USE NSK

to replace the bearings in an ichiba hub on a 91 240sx, right?

Thanks in advance for all your guys help.
