Still could not find an answer...

So here I am...

I just installed my new NR-G epac 100 charging system and, the LED blinks green and then 2 seconds later it blinks red and keeps repeating... Just wondering if that is normal for this unit? Also it keeps doing the same thing even when the engine is off. So just curious if this is normal also?
