Center Driveshaft Support Bearing HELP
my center driveshaft support bearing recently wore out stopped spinning and just shredded the rubber...
so i purchased a new support bearing from autozone... it seems the diametere of the whole piece (not the bearing but the rubber and metal outter ring) is larger than the previous one.. i already have it installed and dont want to have to press it out again and put a new one on.... is there anything i can do the part number is A6000 (AutoZone.com | Shopping | Parts | Product Detail - Driveshaft Center Support) is there a way i can get larger diametered brackets to hold it in place? because the old brackets i have are too small and only allow for one bolt, that holds the center supprot bearing to the underside, to thread in and the driveshaft itself doesnt have an angle anymore and from what i understand if the whole driveshaft itself isnt angled it will go through bearings quick any help and input is welcome and appreciated thanks, Brett
