This is how my old car sat on them... and these were 2-3 years old at the time

Yah what russ said, 2" to 2.25".

Anyways, this was my S14 with Eibach Sportlines and Tokico shocks circa 2002.

Yeah, IIRC

Before:
they were 2.25" / 2.0"

Now:
they are 1.7" / 1.4"

yeah I had sportlines when I bought my first 240 in 2006 and I put them on kyb Gr2 shocks. paid 220 for the springs then just this September I bought another and bought megan racing springs for 60 bucks less and let me tell you sits lower and feels allot stiffer so if you have not bought them yet or did and have not put them on save your money take them back and get the megans =]
