Stupid bouncing idle

A few weeks ago my car (KA24DE) decided it no longer wants to idle right once its warmed up (about 80-90c). Most of the time its rock solid at 700, but then it will drop to 400 and start bouncing and sound like its missing a cylinder.

I checked the cylinders by pulling the plug wires 1 at a time and then again by disconnecting the injectors 1 at a time, rpm would drop just as expected.

I then rechecked the timing (disconnect TPS method), it was right at 20 with rpm at 750.

I tried to play with the idel screw to see if i could get it lower like the FSM says but found out the screw was bottomed out, is that normal for anyone else?? Also is there supposed to be a sping in there? I didnt see one.

I took the screw out and it was all coated in that black crap so i sparyed it down with TB cleaner. Put it back in and in the original position.

I also tried to clean the IACV by shooting TB cleaner down the tube with the engine running. Used a whole can.

That seemed to have fixed it for about 30 min, then it starts acting up again.

Anyone have any other ideas???
