I have serious problems with my clutch. There is mad amounts of play in the system, meaning about half loose play and half actual clutch tension. As well, the engagement point is pretty much at the bottom of the stroke, maybe a cm or two above the floor. Shifting will get really jerky and stiff sometimes, feeling like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way at all.

The clutch is relatively new, installed last summer. And I've tried bleeding it for hours with no avail.

Setup on RB20: 6 puck sprung clutch, nismo fly wheel, nismo clutch hose, nismo clutch pivot.

Is my slave fucked? Or do you think otherwise?
