block fixer?

my s13 has 157k... its starting to burn oil... i plan on doing aa sr swap... but until thta happens i wanted to know if those oils and special mixes and **** actuallyfill in the cracks of the blocks ,valves,rings etc... like do they do the job until i can get the cash for the sr..... there is no visbale oil coming out... but in the morning when the cat is cold... it lets out some
