these are some pics i took while at drift session today (its 11:43, so its still today). i didnt get too many good shots, and only from one side of the course and during a small timeframe. from what i hear alot more happened after i left, such as a car rolling (driver was ok), someone loosing front suspension, and some other minor colissions. the videos (i have alot more) were taken with my digicam, so the quality isnt too great (far away too) and theres no sound. the purple hachi is justin kikkawa, probably one of if not the best drifter in the US. this wasnt a full on normal drift session so not everyone showed up, or really went all out. there was a beginers clinic as well, so alot of new people. the primered 240 was rolling on hubs, but had an SR swap, small FMIC. he was getting the hang of it pretty fast (he was a beginer), but kept having engine problems. he eventually just left. the guy who was originally next to me used to drive a 240, but he bought an infiniti M30 (nissan leopard in japan). i have a video of it getting sideways, but its kinda hard to see. if i think of more later ill write it later. enjoy.

Finally, someone using an M30... I've been ranting and raving about the M30/Leopard for years. Do you know if his was converted to a 5-speed?

Yeah, I love those MKII's on Kenny's car man. That's awesome. Alot of guys were getting a hang of the drift early on and there were alot of new faces which is always good!

i've heard primarily good to excellent things about the Hawaii drifters! i hope some will compete stateside for the events giong on..i've heard the rumors

damn.. that purple hachi was pretty nuts.
I wish we had some drift clinics around here. luckily my moms friend owns an oriental shopping center,with a huge parking lot, in va. beach, and they are allowing me to hold some events this summer possibly for beginner drifters.

Now it's all about the DriftSession 2 next month.

Which car were you? I'm always wondering who people are when they show up at the DS and then post about them on the boards. I've probably seen you there though.
