Differences between Tanabe Sustec Pro 7's and 5's?

I'm in the market for some new coilovers, and originally had my heart set on a set of Tanabe Sustec Pro 7's. But then I see that they now have the Pro 5's, but for about $500 less. I've researched, and the only differences I can seem to find between the two coilovers is the spring rates are different (10/8 for the 7's and 8/6 for the 5's) and you can adjust ride height with the case length on the 7's. Both still seem to share the same internal valving.

So is there anything I'm missing? Should I just roll with the 5's, since my car is still a daily, and will see the street much more often than the track?

Nah, looks like they're both 12-way adjustable, or 16-way with TEAS installed.

sounds like the 5's is a much better offer, from what you told me

"since my car is still a daily, and will see the street much more often than the track?"

Good point. I just wanted to make sure the 7's and 5's were of the same quality, since I've heard nothing but good things about the 7's, and not very much feedback on the 5's.

I'd gladly rock the 5's with the TEAS for about the same price of a set of 7's, if I knew they were just as well built.

Just bought the fives because it seemed logical over the sevens, and I'd love to tell you how they ride as soon as I figure out how to adjust ride height on the rears (the perch doesn't seem to rotate the same way as the fronts), any ideas out there?
