lights don't work

Okay, so i have a 1989 240sx coupe, with pop up headlights, they have always been working untill a night it was snowing, i don't see how they could of just stopped working after that night..

but, they do randomly turn on if i mess with the switch a little bit, like by moving it from brights to non-brights really fast..

but another thing is, when i first got the car the blue light in the cluster never came on when i would put the switch to brights, and also my lights would never go "bright".. i dunno if its due to the my lights..

but my guess is maybe its a bad relay? switch? or maybe bad ground?

im not really sure to trouble shooot this..

Many things could be wrong. Start with the easy ones by checking fuses and grounds. Then look at your front left fender harness and see if your harness is beat up.

Then most likely your headlight combo switch is damaged. Disassemble and clean the contacts or replace with a new one.

If your wiring is modified then you are on your own. Good luck.
