Wondering if anybody could help me out trying to figure out whats up with my FC logit. I bought a used black logit a while back, didnt get around to trying to use it till recently. Having a hard time making it work. I downloaded the software from the sticky thread at the RX7Club, installed it on my laptop and trying to use the newest version from the zip file. But everytime I open the software and attempt to read the PFC, I keep getting an error "Invalid FC-box version response." I got the box hooked up, turn the ignition on and I get that error. Any idea what Im doing wrong?

you have to go to the fc logit website and download the software that allows it to scan your pfc. once it verifies it you will be able to get the update for your pfc

Im trying to avoid joining the yahoo group if I dont have to, but Im using V 2.126 FC-edit.

Pete: Do you have a copy of that scan software you're talking about?

There is a newer version of the software available (v.2.127). Try downloading the newer version and go from there.

Well I think I figured out what I need...anybody got a copy of the USB driver for the Datalogit. Supposedly theres a copy in the webgroup under files.

Nevermind, I got a driver for the Serial to USB converter...now when I try to "read all" or use the auto-detect function on the V2.127 FC-edit I got from Highboost, Im getting a "Run-time Error '8020': Error reading comm device"
