For those who have previously ordered products from pdm, This must be a real newbie question but i read on the site that you can order on the phone rather than on the website. Well they said that the online service will be up and running shortly. So im thinking that you have to order on the phone am i right? Wouldnt it be faster and easier to do it online rather than on the phone? any help will be great, thanks

Fax, phone, and mail are the only ways I know of ordering from them.

Those guys are fast either way... I've ordered by both fax and phone and both were expidited in a timely manner. Only took me like 3-4 days to get my stuff. It should be easier for you since you're closer to them.

Over a year ago I'd emailed them a question and I never heard back...so I'd avoid email with them.

Wow, thats actually suprising that you never heard back from them. Whenever I email them with a question I usually hear back from them within 2 hours or so. Don's the man!

I didn't take it personally....I figured he was on vacation or something. My original question was "can you sell the PDM side skirts by themselves...if so..at what price" (this was before they advertised the separated price on the website), and I never heard back. Maybe he was looking into it and forgot. Oh well.

Email should be very timely now. Colin from Northwestnissan.com has headed up the Inet part of sales IIRC. Either way, call or email them for a quote and then fax your order in. They have order process details on the site.

They've always replied to my emails. I just fax my orders to them, and get the stuff within a week.

just to help verify pdm's good-ness, they always get back to me w/in 2 days, often w/in hours.
