There will be a track event at Thunderhill on january 25th 03 put on by Battle Version, K2 Racing Development, And Thunderhill Raceway Park. There will be lots of track time, drifting, play area and instructors. Cost is $125 for the full day.

GO DRIVE AT THIS EVENT.
if you've never seen alex in person driving, you'll be extremely impressed. i rode w/ driftheaven at the convention when alex drove jdm rice's car.

is all i can say about that.
you'll get excellent pointers out there. i wish it was another day, i'd drive up to nor cal from OC to go to this one! im at DD4 though..

Yeah i remember you. We made the event on saturday so that the auto X guys can make it. Sunday is their first run for season points. It would be good to see you up there!

It was really a great day!! I enjoyed it so much, it's been so fun, escpacilly, A LOT of seat time compared the speedtrial drift event. In the morning, I was on the drift side whole day and I can get on it without waiting in line, and in the afternoon, skidpad, track, skidpad,track,skidpad,track...... without a break! (Damn, I am killing my car!) I definitely will go again next time for this kind of track day.

Btw, Danio, you have improved ur drfit skill a lot. Gratz!!

I had the off white 93 240sx hatchback with the body kit and all I have to say is that the ThunderHill Drift event was badass!! I ran it last year when I got into this and this time around was even better. Turn 2 was fun to blast through. I by the end of the day I was going 80 to 90 mph around that turn. But the real fun was 9,10.11,12,14, & 15 onto the straightaway. I spun out a few times trying to get turn 11 and go into 12 two times but got it a couple of times. I wish that there were events more often up here and not all the way down in L.A.

I liked thunderhill alot..

Even though I did not race my car at the track, I slipped into the skid pad ( or so I thought). Skid pad was cool, then alex bitched me out.. but what ever. Next time my car will be ready to tare the crap out of that track.. now that I got a feel for the course... I won't make the same mistakes as other people did.. or so I hope. Alfred and Albert from Modified toyes were ripping the track apart.. they were really fast in their GTS's man oh man.. hehehe I was really surprised.. damn corollas stick like glue on the track..

For $10, I could not complain.. at least I know what I need to upgrade next after I get my other things back from the shop.. febuary and march will be really buisy and interesting days for me. hehehe and my car will undergo a big metamorfisis..
All I can say is.. Sleeper style for now..

oh yeah.. and thanks to all the people that gave me rides in their cars... Dan the man ( your car is looking better every time I see it. )
Alfred, and Albert.. you guy's rock the track.
I guess that is it.. plus some no namers. Very few 240's, very dippressed about that. Way to many corollas.. need to balance all that out.

so u free loaded and try to get a free run from other racers expense? that's not cool... people like you should not be allowed to race.

Only reason was cause others were also and the people that were incharge left. So nobody was monetorying the skid pad.
But yeah... I did free load.. free load all day.. I'm surprised I did not slip into the track aswell.. But hey.. I offered Alex payment and he would not take it.. so oh well.. others got to go to the track skid pad for free all day.. I am not going to name any names cause I do not want this little discrepency of yours to get out of hand and become a full on B&*&Hing forum or morals and value's blah blah blah..
