to make a long story short i took out my transmission and need to re tighten the flywheel from under the car.... and i wanna know what you guys think in your opinion is the best way to tighten the fly wheel would be?

with a torque wrench to oem spec

why didn't you just search?

I think he's asking a way to make it not spin. I prob a screw driver under the flywheel and torque away.

I thread a spare bolt partway into the block and use a big screwdriver in the teeth / braced against the bolt to keep the flywheel in its place. Takes two people or else it's a real PITA

breaker bar on the front crank pulley bolt. if the car is low enough or the bar is long enough and you can just prop it against the ground

Oh, and I impact them before LOL.
