HhHeEeEELLlLlLlPpPp my car shakes from about 45 mph to 60 mph otherwise its smooth, any ideas?

Check your camber, tire wear, tire pressure, stuff like that. You might need a re-alignment but thats just some suggestions. Either its your car, or your engine, which, I dunno...

Probably threw a wheel weight.  Have them re-balanced at whereever you get your tires done.

If you just had them balanced, it still possible the balancing machines were screwed up.  (I used to work at Discount Tire.)

if your tires are shaking like that make sure the lugs are tight my brother snapped the bolts of his 200sx like that

My friend had low profile rims and tires on his Sentra...and one of his rims was slightly bent from hitting a curb...and his car would shake at certain speeds.

Steering wheel shake is most probably wheel balance, I have it, and I'll fix it soon.

Bolts snapping off, not unusual, due to under or over torque on the bolts. So get the right torque specs for your bolts to prevent something like this.
