89,90 factory lip

How do you mount the 89,90 factory lip on 91-94 240sx? Did u remove the brackets? use double sided tape? use twist ties?

thank you,
jordan

It does "fit", I've seen it done. It's not an exact fit, but good enough.

But I'm not sure how it installs. I know people who use the '89-'90 lip on Silvia front ends just zip tie it on.

I drilled holes through the lower portion of the stock DOHC bumper to fit the bolt ends on the attaching bracket through. I then mounted the lip, placed the lower bracket under the lip mounting portion, and tightened down the nuts. Works perfectly. For the sides, I just used a screw to secure it to the bumper.
