It depends how fast you work.

Are you getting the subframe, etc. from a HICAS car and swapping it?

Or putting on one of those HICAS cancelling bar things?

Taking out the super hicas and replacing all the parts with non hicas parts.

By using a non HICAS subframe? You left out actually answering the question, which kind of defeats the purpose of you asking in the first place.

Just swapping the subframe complete and removing the lines/pump is a good 2-3 hour job. Easy with common hand tools, helpful if you have air.

I'm getting ready to do this swap as well. as far as I know the only parts you need are:
-Rear NON-Hicas rear subframe
-Rear toe control arms

What I dont know is how to deal with the Hicas pump. Does the pump use power steering fluid? What do i have to do to delete the pump, plug some hoses or something? Do I need a non hicas power steering pump/brake booster?

You need the uprights too. There's a ball joint pressed in for the toe arm instead of a bushing.

The pump does not use power steering fluid. Please don't assume that. ATF only. Power steering fluid is NOT TO BE USED in any Nissan vehicle, anywhere. Deleting the pump will eliminate your power steering altogether, if that's your plan then do it. Otherwise you either disassemble the HICAS pump and remove the vains in the secondary portion, or buy and install a non HICAS pump and bracket.
The brake booster is the same as an auto unit, you don't have to swap it unless you're bored.
