having problems passing smog to register!! says that my egr and catalyst monitors arent completing and talked to a nissan tec and he said to drive and duplicate the drive cycle!!! which is pretty complicated so i was woundering if anyone has had this problem and how they resolved it , i need to pass legallly or find a shop near me to find a way to "make " my car pass. any input is appreciated

Do just as he said, drive it. At least 100 miles, varied road conditions and gear changes. Plenty of info can be found here if you search for it.
