Anybody know an easy way to remove trime off s14 zenki without breaking it?

The belt moulding, or rail moulding? The belt moulding has one screw at the rear edge, behind the rubber, remove it then gently pry up as you run the length of the door, there's clips that secure it.
The rail moulding is screwed in only, no clips. Easy.
