When i shift into third (most of the time) it seems like it is grinding. You cant hear nothing, its just you can feel it ( very mild grinding like). Usually its into third and reverse sometimes. dont get it. any ideas?

Probably synchros. If it was all your gears then you should check your clutch fluid level. Try doing a tranny flush.

Yup. It's probably your sychronizer blocking ring wearing out.
