Oil in Spark Plug Wire "Chamber" (Ka24De)

Two days ago I was doing a little cleaning and basic maintenance checks, fluids, connections, Etc. and found a little problem...

I have some Denso Plug Wires and NGK Plugs that I bought a while back, for my old 240, that have been lying around because my new one had New(er) OEM Plugs/wires that didn't need to be changed, and decided while I'm under the hood, to just go ahead and change them. Before I started anything I pulled out all the old wires from the engine... 1,2,3, and when I pulled Cyinder 4's I heard a funky ass "galoop" (lol) sound and was like "wtf" and fingered the hole and it was coated in oil, as well as the plug wire. There were a few gunked on spots on the wire too, and man it smelled like shit.

What do I need to look at repairing? Is this a Valve Seal problem? Let me know, and thanks in advance.

Whew, you guys relieved me greatly. I told my dad it could be the spark plug gasket , and yes it is ~$25.00, came with my Felpro that I bought when I was going to swap in a powder coated valve cover; but my dad went to the worst case scenario and started talking valve seals, and I'm like =X Not the best thing to hear when you're about to start piecing a Ka-T build together for the second time. And its ironic considering he always tells me about the "KISS" rule... Keep It Simple Stupid.

Thanks again for the help and 2 reassuring answers is conclusive enough for me.

Here's one more to convince you, that's definitely the problem. I've done a ton of those for years on all models of the KA engine, Altimas are more prone to it than the 240SX.
