Here are my new ugly brakes!

So they are not the cool looking aluminum Z caliper or painted Bling Bling red but uh......that's okay cause they are ment for better braking not for damn yO lOok at his jDm TyTe Brakes!

The gloss black paint on them looked a heck of a lot better before we put them on before we got brake cleaner (Doh) and brake fluid all over them durring the install process. Oh well

don't worry dude, functionality first. Those powder coated drum brakes and oem stock calipers may look pretty on some rice cars, but, hey, i doubt it would look as pretty after a crash.

i painted my z brakes red with some high temp engine enamel, its gotten dirty and chipped over time, but, who the hell cares. Z brakes will perform time after time no matter what they look like =)

plus you can always repaint them,

Iron Caliper off a Twin Turbo Z or K's Silvia (notsure which one)

Mystary Japanese Brake pad on it? (yeah they still had alot of life on them left) I'll swap them out soon

Stillen Cross Drilled Nickel Plated Rotors

Earls Stainless Steel Lines

Dot 4 brake fluid

hey man, gotta make em look good tho!! so when we go cruisin around Diamond Bar lookin to pick up chicks or at least look "Intimidating" to punk those lil hondas. Oh well, at least you got disc rear brakes.

Good, now you have stopping power and you can impress the rice rockets with their favorite word: "JDM." And they look fine to me just the same. In my case, if I weren't getting such a good deal on new Z brakes, I'd get the used ones and keep them looking shitty on purpose, but I'm just like that.
