switching radiator support how hard is it to do
i need to switch out my radiator support im buying a new one soon, so im aobut to cut mine out cuz it messed up.... and now how do i put the new one on... do i just weld it back to the frame....also id rather pay for some1 to do it cuz im dont know how to weld my dad does but still.... what shops do i take it to, to have this done.... any1 done this before lmk thanks

drill out spot welds.
pry old one off test fit front end and bend the fender wells ect so that everything lines up weld in new one where the spot welds were spry paint idunno thats what i did |

It's best to weld it back up on a frame jig, so you get everything exactly where it's supposed to be - if you misalign the frame spars, your suspension will never be the same.
Chances are, it won't matter, just saying that's the 'proper' way.

what i did was just take measurements before i removed the stock suport. use the holes for the hood latch as a refernce point, as well as any other holes that are common to the rad support. then drill out the spot welds, test fit the new one....clamp it in...measure...measure.....measure...and align according to ur measuremnts, then start welding it in.

The japanese owners manual has pictures of the entire frame and measurments. Download it and it will seriously tell you everything about your frame, where and how to measure it.
