whats YOUR favorite wing...?

Figured we got such a good response on the body kit question I'd thow out the wing question.

I cant find the other one but it ooks like the stock wing from the s15 aero...

the wing on the car looks like one of those generic "invader", "aggressor", "masturbator" type wings. bleh! me no like... me no like.

i think the one that ur refering to being similar to the S15 Aero Wing is the Type X wing for the kouki S13's.

i personally like the Wangan Drift/"whale tail", whatever it's called, spoiler for S13 HB's. hell, i had one on my car, and i'll have another one for whatever i get next. i liked it, and that's all that matters to me.

Let me speak for many of the members on this board who are going to say:

"No wing"

I am not a big fan of wings/spoilers but the ones that I like are
S13 F/Bs: Type-X wing, wangan (the lowest ones, I don't like the ones that point up), and no spoiler
S13 Coupe: No spoiler
S14 (95-96): No spoiler, JDM kouki S14 looks good too
S14 (97-98): JDM kouki S14, not much else, but never really looked into it.

The white F/B you posted IIRC is the Norris Designs 240

if i were to ever get a wing for my s14 it would be the silvia spec k wing.

This I like, simple and it help to kinda finish off that slight upward edge of the end of the trunk. I'll be getting on after I install my LSD and finish my suspension. I guess I will be my first body mod.

wingless for zenki s13s (hatches)
'wangan' for chuuki s13s (hatches)
hotroad kouki wing (for kouki 180sx only)
s14 kouki on s13 coupe
uras on s14 kouki
s14 zenki no wing
s15 no wing

edit:
of cousre ALL look great with NO WING as well

s15: GT wing, yeah, it looks like a shopping cart/shaving razor, but it just looks bad ass on a nice s15, my favorite is the wing on kazama's blue s15
zenki s14: ... no idea
i have yet to find a wing that makes me go "thats it! thats what i want on my car!"
The bomex wing (see red s14 above) comes very very close to what i like, flat, low, extends back towards the bumper. However it tilts too much for my taste. Even the wingless look is kinda off on my s14. The bumper sticks out way too much, and i don't like the weird curve downwards by the trunk.

I like the factory wings (except the JDM zenki S14 one.. I know Im like the only one that dosent like that one but I'll take my USDM S14 wing over it anyday) or no wing at all.

Type X wing on hatches is SOOOOO sexy!! www.importfan.com has a CF replica coming out

I also kinda like Do Lucks universal one style one with the short endplates... but stock or no wing for me. although with the R33ish look my car is getting I feel the need for one... I like the R33 style ones {see Nitekeds car} but the ones I've seen look to bulky. they dwarf the rear of the car.
