240 sex appeal

Well I never really thought about it honestly, until we learned in marketing about how sex appeal is very important when it comes to choosing cars. Today I saw a ford commercial which reminded me of it, at the end there are two hot babes giving that look to the camera in the car as it drives away....makes me wonder about how 240sx was marketed...does anyone remember the commercials for it, if there were any?

Nissan's USA advertising in the early '90s was straightforward, no funny gimmicks really.

I like the kouki S14 ad on there. READY! GO! FR! Except they show a Q's SE Dia Selection... yeah, nothing's more fun than a non-turbo loaded with luxury stuff.

Only nissan commercial worth talking about during the early 90's is the 300ZX Super bowl commercial. The Dream Gargage commercials with "Mr.K" and the Barbie House commercials were cool in the mid 90's, but none involved a 240sx I believe

Ah yes, the one directed by Ridley Scott.

"And just as they were about to catch me.... the twin... turbos.... kicked.... in."

Great commercial.

haha man I still remember those Z commercials, but don't remember any 240 ones.

Only if ken drove a Z he would still have the girl. (that one is available on Kazaa)

And the other one with the jet and the TTZ Titan is talking about, lol some nice stuff. (thats on kazaa too)

I miss those comercials, the new commercials will never compare to the old Z32 ones

wasn't there a commercial w/ a 300zx before where like a plane or planes were flying over it on the runway and it was driving just as fast as them while it/they were taking off? just seems to come to mind for some odd reason.
