Holy crap that's a huge spider!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!

Scariest spider I've ever seen was when we were getting ready to buy our house--it had been vacant for almost 6 months before we got it. There was a black widow in the garage!!! OMG, we almost pissed our pants! Chris grabs a 1x6 piece of wood and smacks it. Luckily we haven't seen another one......yet........

I read the actual article on their website a while ago- but I guess they do everything in audio these days.....
Gonna start another thread about listening to the different hilarious stories.

am I the only one whos seen an African bird eating spider??? To start off, they are strong enough to break your femer (thats the big part of your leg), live in trees (so they jump) and heres the fun part, they can get to be as big as car tires. They had one at a museum I went to. They feed it baby pigs. Even shaq couldnt squash that badass.

Goliath Birdeating Spider

Sounds like your African bird eating spider is as real as the Loch Ness monster. Break a human femur? Errr, maybe this "spider" if it runs over you. Live in trees? More like burrow in the ground. As big as car tires? 12 inches is a pretty small tire. And they live in South America...
