Race Dezign= Very bad nightmare like experience

If the Mods want they can take sucks out of my title

I hate this business and so does everyone else I have met who has dealt with them in the past. They overcharged on service, charged me for things they never did, stole my KA and sold it, stole everything off my front clip leaving only the engine, did horrible work on everything they touched. The worst part is that I have met 4 people who have gone here as well, guess what, it all happened to them too. Right now we are looking into a lawsuit (not sure how to spell that). That is 10k each of us spent and received cars that did not work in return. DONT USE RACE DEZIGN IF YOU LIVE IN OREGON!!!!! They lie, cheat and steal, the sad thing is that this is the way most shops are around here in Oregon. We finally found someone who can help us finish our cars who has worked in california his whole life and he is doing a great job.
Dont worry these are not flaming accusations in fact everything said here has proof in document, picture or video format that can back it up. So please for your sake alone never trust this company.

I would like to start out by saying I am sorry you had such a bad experience with Racedezign. I would like to follow up by encouraging you to set aside any opinions you may have. I am the New and current owner of Racedezign Inc. I assure you that business is not ran the same way it was in the past.
All our rates have gone down to meet the economy and the needs of the public. I feel we are moving forward in bring the name up and making sure we meet the needs of the people. We are completely customer driven. If there is a problem with anything we address it immediately.
Please do not hold anything the previous owner and mechanics did, against the name of the business.
Feel free to stop by and check us out..

That is CORRECT. Fred is no longer a part of Racedezign Inc.
Infact the only thing that remains from the previous shop is the salesman, Fernando. Who is great with customer service.

eddie i head you took over? if so u can trust RD he is the only machanic that i know over there that is good.

If this is true then I will come in next week to discuss it and see if you might be able to help me with my next project. I need a few parts for my 240 but I just do the work myself now. Let's see if you live up to the word you have given. Sorry but I just lost faith in that place and if you can change my mind I would be glad to alter my review.
