tail light swap

I work at a car wash and the other day i noticed that the early 90s sentra tail lights are similar in shape to the s13 coupe, is it possible to swap those? I'm pretty sure that there would be some sort of metal work involved cus the sentra lights looked taller, but it would definately give the coupe more of an s14 look.

anything is "possible"

is it an easy fit? no. would you be well-advised to trash this idea? yes. are the normal coupe lights cool? absolutely.

Nah man. I use to drive a Sentra, and those tails are ugly as crap. I hated my Sentra.

Yea it is possible to do that I talked to the owner of Afterdark today actually. He hasn't finalized the pricing but he thinks roughly 2500. Not sure if thats an installed price but most likely. He said it doesn't bolt up as easily as the s13 conversion and thats why its almost as expensive as s15.

Lightbulb

I you like the look of the s14 talights on a s13 coupe, then here's a mod if you're also on a tight budget..

>>>>>>>

The S13 coupe's tailights look like crap; yes indeed.

You can make the Left and Right tail lights look like they are connected(Like the s14 that have the center piece) by using masking tape to mark a upper/lower line stencil from one tail light to the other. Paint in that center area a red color that closely matches the RED from the tail lights or paint it GUNMETAL or so.
Then you can stick a SILVIA decal or emblem there or whatever or leave it as is.
VIOLA!! You've got a tail light assembly that looks like the s14's.

This is called the artificial center peice mod hahah.
USE IT OR LOSE IT

I *hope* you're not serious. But, as a newb, I wouldn't put it past you.
